In more than 30 years of his career, Mr. Xu has worked in private companies, government entities, financial institutions and international development agencies. His previous career path has also covered various sectors that include conventional and renewable energies, recycling, environmental protection and improvement, and manufacturing. He has work experience in multiple countries such as China, the US, Australia, Indonesia, Viet Nam, Cambodia, the Philippines, India, Bahrain, UK, Finland, Norway, Russia and Thailand. Companies invested by Mr. Xu include Canvest Environment（01381.HK）, China Jinjiang Environment, Grant Achieve, United Water, Huaneng New Energy（00958.HK）, Bioland, Isky, Scinor Membrane, Linli New Energy, Jinlihai Biodiesel, Top Resources New Energy（873866）, ZTOC, HyperStrong, Svolt Energy, WeLion New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., etc., deploying over 10 billion RMB.
